Jourts Store
A grocery storefront with a sales assistant inside: the shopper says what they're cooking and it fills the Shopify cart.
Why Jourts Store?
A chatbot that only answers questions doesn't sell anything; one that fills the cart does. The interesting work is keeping two carts honest. The Shopify cart is the source of truth, Stu's cart is rebuilt from it before every turn, and changes from chat, recipes and item swaps take turns so they can't corrupt the basket.
What is this?
A Shopify grocery store for Pakistan with Stu, an AI food concierge, built into the storefront. A shopper asks for a dish or a week of meals, and Stu picks real products from the store's catalogue, adds them to the cart and lets the shopper swap items before checkout. Signed-in shoppers get their own Stu account, with the same chats, recipes and meal plans they'd see in the Stu app.
It's a demo built to show store owners what an AI sales assistant looks like inside their own shop. Checkout is a custom flow that checks stock and records the order; there is no payment step.
Who is it for?
Online stores, grocers especially, whose customers shop by need ("dinner for six tonight") rather than by product.
